Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your curtain and textile purchases and with our curtain hanging, installation, and repair services. Please read this Policy carefully so you understand your options, our procedures, and the conditions that apply to returns, refunds, and exchanges. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to this Policy to the extent it applies to your purchase or service. Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are available for eligible curtain and textile products purchased directly from Vordalondroz, subject to the conditions set out in this Policy. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging intact where applicable. We do not accept returns on custom-made or cut-to-order items, including but not limited to curtains, drapes, or valances that have been cut, hemmed, or otherwise altered to your specific window or door measurements, unless the item is defective or we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or manufacturing defect). In such cases, we will work with you to correct the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund at no additional charge where appropriate and as determined by us.
Installation and repair services are generally not refundable once the work has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with a service (e.g., curtain installation, rod mounting, hemming, or repair work), please contact us promptly so we can discuss the situation and, where possible, offer a remedy such as a follow-up visit, adjustment, or partial credit at our sole discretion. For prepaid services that have not yet been performed, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, including any costs we have already incurred (such as ordering materials or scheduling labor). Any such refund is at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative or cancellation fee as communicated to you at the time of booking or in a separate agreement.
Time Frame for Returns
To request a return for an eligible product, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery or pickup, whichever is applicable. We will provide you with return instructions and, if we approve the return, a return authorization (which may include a reference number or label, as applicable). Returned products must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of our approval of your return request, unless we have agreed in writing to a different timeframe. Returns received after the specified period may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the product price, or we may return the item to you at your expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items so you can confirm delivery and so we can process your refund promptly. Condition of Returned Items
All returned products must be in the same condition in which you received them. They should not be washed, dry-cleaned, altered, installed, or used in any way beyond normal inspection (e.g., opening the package to view the product). Original tags, labels, and packaging should be intact where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return or to deduct from your refund (including a restocking fee) if an item is received in a condition that is not resalable, that indicates use beyond normal inspection, or that is damaged (including damage caused during return shipping if you chose the shipping method). Refund Process

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within the return period (thirty (30) days from delivery or pickup). Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item. If the item you want is not in stock, we may offer a refund instead or place a special order at an additional cost, depending on the product. Exchanges for custom or cut-to-order items are not available unless the product is defective or we have made an error; in those cases, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other solution. Non-Returnable Items and Services
The following are generally not eligible for return or refund: (a) custom or made-to-order curtains, drapes, valances, or other textile products that have been cut or hemmed to your specifications; (b) products that have been installed, altered, washed, or used; (c) clearance, final-sale, or "as is" items unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase; (d) gift cards or similar items where prohibited by law; and (e) any product that has been damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or causes other than defect or our error. Installation, repair, consultation, and measuring services are not returnable or refundable once the service has been performed, except as otherwise agreed in writing or as required by law. Damaged or Defective Items

Restocking and Other Fees
We may charge a restocking fee for returns that do not meet our condition requirements, for returns received after the specified timeframe, or for certain categories of products as communicated at the time of purchase. Any such fee will not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the product price unless otherwise agreed or required by law. We may also deduct from your refund the cost of original shipping (if we offered free or discounted shipping and the return is not due to our error) to the extent permitted by law.
